Terms & Conditions for using the service 2cooldesign.co.za &  tshirtprinting.co.za and any other website related to our service.

By submitting an order, You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserves the right to cancel orders at any time.

If for some odd reason you can not continue your order and 2-months(60-days) has passed from the date of payment, you forfeit your deposit.


If for some odd reason you do not like the ‘concept’ idea / sketch concept we produce and we can not satisfy your ‘particular taste’ , you forfeit your deposit for design work done. So if you are extremely fussy person and is not open to our suggestions of what may work based on our expertise, it’s better not to hire us to do your design work if you feel you may know better.

Once the artwork has been approved at each stage of the design process, you may not ask for changes to the previous concept stage. Design or order changes may not be accepted after approval has been verbally communicated through email. Once your order has been placed and confirmed, Any changes allowed beyond the approval may come at a cost to the client. Company Logo Placement – the manufacturer’s logo will appear on all garments.

For printed and none printed options….

We can not guarantee the colour matching of the provided artwork compared to final garment print.  (The colours may & could look different)

We remain the Sole Printer only for our designs created.

Production can take several weeks to manufacture these types of garments.

(Design 1-2-3weeks)

We can not be held responsible for the deadline not being met, once artwork has been approved and signed off.
It can take up to 4 Weeks + to manufacture the all over printed garments from scratch per order.

Production time line (2-6weeks+/-)

Cancelled Orders,

in the event that you need to cancel your order or if we have not heard from you with in 2weeks of placing the order, your order is automatically cancelled.

You forfeit your deposit or full payment.

Because everything we create is custom, made-to-order, all sales are final.

No returns,

If you are supplying logos , sponsor logos , your own artworks and graphics:

please note all logos supplied, must go through a print evaluation process to make sure they are suitable, if they are not suitable, we will advise you on options and outcomes. We do not take any responsibility for poor logos , images supplied and if your supplied logos is not printed 100%.

we will give you our best advise to ensure 100% quality prints go through our doors only…

Because everything we create is custom, made-to-order, all sales are final. No returns, No refunds, or No exchanges are accepted. 

You place an order online, pay and we deliver…. simple as that..

Mostly all items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable these include: Printed Caps / Printed Jackets / hoodies / Printed T-shirts / All Design work

To be eligible for a re-print or fixing a defected issue, your item must show clear evidence that there is a fault and be unused and in the same condition that you received it and we must be notified with in 14 days of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your re-print, we require the proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your re-print. If you are approved, then your re-print or fixing defected product will be processed and shipped to your provided address.

Delivery – goods will be delivered during normal business hours and need to be addressed to an address where someone is available to receive them – ie: your place of work. We will inform you when orders are being dispatched. Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time. If the goods are redirected, the client will be liable for all redirection costs.

Delivery Delays – we have no control over external freight companies or their ability to deliver in a timely manner. Once your order has left our factory/warehouse we can no longer control the delivery date and delays may be experienced. We are not responsible for lost damaged or delayed orders.

Returns – unless the product is faulty, as items are custom made, we cannot exchange because they do not fit or are not suitable – so please choose carefully when ordering.

When faulty returning items, wrap the package securely and enclose your receipt/order confirmation (this is e-mailed to you), and reason for returning the item/s, all postage costs for returning items will be at your expense. As new manufacturer faulty clothing must be returned within 30 days. Please make sure items are as new, unworn and unwashed with all clothing tags still attached to garments. Refunds will not be given. We reserves the right to reject a warranty claim if the garment was not used as intended or correct care of the garment was not taken. If you have a warranty issue please contact us immediately for review. Once we have received the returned products, exchanges / repairs will be processed within standard production time. We take no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the items.
